Insidious Disease sú nórskym old school death metalovým projektom, za ktorým stoja spevák Marc Grewe – bývalý člen Morgoth a Sven Atle Kopperud – gitarista Dimmu Borgir. Okrem nich v ich zostave nájdete aj ľudí ako gitaristu Terjeho „Cyrusa“ Andersena (Susperia), basáka Shana Emburyho (Napalm Death) a bubeníka Tonyho Laureanoa (Dimmu Borgir, Nile, Angelcorpse).

Blind Guardian – znovuvydanie albumu Imaginations From The Other Side

Medzi kapely, ktoré sa rozhodli tento rok znovuvydať niektorý zo svojich albumov (Helloween, Primal Fear, Belphegor) sa zaradili aj Blind Guardian.

25 rokov od vydania ich kultového albumu Imaginations From The Other Side (pôvodne vydaný pod Virgin Records) oslávia jeho reedíciou v podobe špeciálnej verzie. Imaginations From The Other Side 25th anniversary edition uzrie svetlo sveta 11. decembra. Obsahovať bude aj živé nahrávky a niekoľko klasických skladieb v špeciálnej verzii.

Hiraes – zmluva s Napalm Records

Nemeckí melodickí death metalisti Hiraes sa rozhodli podpísať zmluvu s gigantom Napalm Records!

Daná kapela vznikla tento rok. Tvoria ju bývalí členovia Dawn of Disease (Lukas Kerk, Oliver Kirchner, Christian Wösten a Mathias Blässe) a speváčka Britta Görtz (Critical Mess).

Chystaným debutovým albumom potešia milovníkov zoskupení At The Gates, Arch Enemy a Amon Amarth.

Bratislavskí progresívni-power metalisti Castaway sa rozhodli na súčasnú situáciu zareagovať špeciálnym spôsobom.

,, Milí priatelia, vzhľadom na to, že situácia je, aká je, a so živým hraním to v najbližších mesiacoch nevyzerá ružovo, rozhodli sme sa infiltrovať Vaše mysle prostredníctvom špeciálneho singlu (alebo kratšieho EP, ako len chcete).
